Madrasah Tarteel-ul Qur'aan is known the world over for its unique method of teaching. Its students can identify and explain all the related parts associated with even a small quotation from any part of the Quran. The recital of the Quran in accordance with Sunnah (tradition of the Prophet (PBUH) is called Tajweed (Phonetics or the recitation of the Holy Quran).

Alhamdulillah through the grace of Allah Ta`ala we have embarked on this same journey, to protect and preserve the Knowledge of Quraan & Qira`ah which unfortunately in our time and era is almost extinct. Rasoolullah (S.A.W.) Mentions in one Hadith:

“Allah Ta`ala loves the Quraan to be recited the way it was revealed”.

By the grace of Allah Ta`ala our Academy was established on the 18th November 2006 and commenced on the 15th of January 2007. Alhamdulillah our Academy is first of its kind in South Africa.

It is a fully fledged Institute dedicated to the service of the Noble Quraan, established to enhance the quality of recitation & promoting Quraan, Tajweed & the sciences of Qira`aat in the most desired manner, which is headed by our Honourable Ustaad Qari Al Muqri Ayoob Essack Sahib D.B.
